  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging are included.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered.

  • The item is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • The product is returned without its original packaging or accessories.

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as jewellery, personal care items, or other specified products may not be eligible for return unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.

3. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
